How much does it cost to book live music?

Every event is unique, so we customize our quotes based on what you need — band size, hours, location, and any special requests. Generally, packages start around $1,500 and go up from there depending on the vibe you're going for. Hit us up and we'll work out something that fits your budget and vision.

What kind of music do you play?

We cover everything, honestly. Top 40, classic rock, Motown, jazz standards, country, R&B, you name it. Our musicians are versatile and can read a room — whether you want a chill acoustic vibe or a full-on dance party, we've got you covered. Send us your dream setlist and we'll make it happen.

How long do you typically perform?

Most gigs run 3-4 hours with a couple short breaks mixed in. We're flexible though — need us for a quick cocktail hour? Cool. Want us rocking all night? Let's do it. We'll tailor the timeline to match your event flow.

Can we request specific songs?

Absolutely! We love playing requests — it's your event, your soundtrack. Send us a list beforehand and we'll learn anything reasonable (give us a heads up though, can't promise we'll nail that deep-cut prog-rock track overnight). Day-of requests? We'll do our best to make it work.

Do you provide sound equipment?

Yep, we bring our own professional sound system and all the gear we need. You don't have to worry about a thing — we'll set up, sound check, and make sure everything sounds incredible. Got a huge venue? We'll scale up. Intimate backyard party? We'll keep it cozy.

How far do you travel for gigs?

We're based in Seattle but we'll travel anywhere in the Pacific Northwest and beyond. Local Seattle/Eastside gigs? No travel fee. Heading out further? We'll just add a reasonable travel charge to cover gas and time. Destination wedding in Hawaii? We're probably not saying no.

What's the booking process like?

Super easy. Reach out via email or phone, tell us about your event, and we'll send you a quote. Once you're ready to lock it in, we'll send a contract and collect a deposit (usually 50%). Then we'll stay in touch leading up to the big day to nail down all the details.

Do you take breaks during the performance?

Yeah, musicians gotta rest! We typically take a couple 10-15 minute breaks during a 3-4 hour set. Don't worry though — we can provide curated background music during breaks so the energy doesn't drop. Or if you want us to push through for a specific moment, just let us know.

Can you act as MC for the event?

For sure! We're happy to make announcements, introduce speakers, hype up the first dance, whatever you need. We're not comedians (unless you want us to be), but we'll keep things flowing smoothly and make sure your guests know what's happening next.

What if we need to cancel or reschedule?

Life happens, we get it. Check your contract for the specific terms, but generally: if you cancel well in advance, you might forfeit the deposit. If it's a reschedule (not a cancellation), we'll do everything we can to make the new date work. Weather? Acts of God? Let's talk and figure it out together.

Do you do both ceremony and reception?

Absolutely! We can provide acoustic musicians for the ceremony (think guitar, violin, piano), cocktail hour entertainment, and then bring the full band energy for the reception. Or mix and match however you want — we're here to make your whole event flow perfectly.

What genres do you specialize in?

Honestly, we don't really specialize — we're more like musical chameleons. Want a jazz trio for cocktails? Done. Need a rock band for the dance floor? Easy. Looking for acoustic singer-songwriter vibes? We've got that too. Tell us the mood you're going for and we'll deliver.

Can you learn a special song for our first dance?

100%. Send us the song at least a month before the event and we'll learn it, arrange it, and make it sound amazing. First dances, parent dances, walk-in songs — whatever's meaningful to you, we'll make it happen.

Do you provide lighting?

We can! Basic uplighting and stage lighting are usually included, but if you want a full production with moving lights, gobos, and all that fancy stuff, we can arrange it for an additional fee. Let us know what kind of vibe you're going for.

What's your cancellation policy for bad weather?

If it's an outdoor event and the weather goes sideways, we'll work with you to move things indoors or reschedule. We're not gonna bail on you — but we also can't risk thousands of dollars of equipment in a downpour. Let's have a backup plan and we'll make it work.
